I've watched him in Ottawa over the last two years and he improved over that time. I think having a veteran former 2nd Liga CB pairing with him helped. He made some questionable plays at the beginning of last season, but then improved until the team's wheels fell off and they went on a 0-6 run to drop out of the playoffs. ATO players did a fair bit of soul-searching during that time, so I think Singh came out with stronger character from it. I'd give him a shot with TFC, but if you don't want him, I'm sure ATO would take him back.
