We’ve had a series of small opportunities for bumps in positivity- times where players or coaches could attempt try and bury the past, hit the restart button in mindset. BB departing. Ibarra helping bring up midfield. Getting 3 weeks of training time to disengage and relax after the leagues cup. Signing Prince and Cassius. Getting a flurry of guys like MB4 and Vazquez back to boost depth.

All of these could be morale booster trigger points where a club could go from feeling dumpy - to chaining some positive passes, positive movements - bang in a garbage goal and start building back on some basics.

We’ve apparently pissed away all of these lol. through all of these points, existing players just don’t give an ounce of fucks to shed those negative vibes and form, for a new fresh start and mindset. A new ambitious coach coming in- looking to demand excellence, pride for self, for badge and their supporters - and total professionalism in all daily things - is gonna see all these wasted chances to grab fate and twist it around, with sub par defending and attacking, body language and not caring about losing.

There’s no way the new coach doesn’t go and slowly shuffle out most these players who have been here longer than a year, to opt for people who aren’t tarred with a losing mentality and shit form. At this point we’re gonna have to rip this band off - even if there’s some guys we want to see stick around and retire as legends.
