this is 100% the kind of passing we were looking for last year - the difference in danger is insane from last year to this year

Sean and Matty both score today. Next year they'll both score for TFC.

It is relieving to be excited about watching the boys again, I must say.

even giving up that goal, it's nice to have a no stress win play out

what a match - complete game for the boys, and really impressive overall for Herdman. I'm in on this team, the weird FTC white jerseys are the way!

Think we saw why Coello is a six and not an eight. We lost his passing and field awareness when he came out. Although he should probably always play next to Flores.

We are up to 3rd place with that win.

Also Inter Miami is absolutely on fire right now. They give up goals but their goals for blows away anyone else in the league.

Great game all around. Once we settled after the first 5-10 minutes we never looked back.

Dallas is not altogether a bad team but they are severely lacking in certain areas, midfield in particular.

I’ll also throw in obligatory Bob Bradley sucks. Enjoy Norway you bum.

It's wild to me we are getting these results without Insigne and Richie too.

Imagine a full squad with a summer #9 addition...

    Fantastic!

Dallas didn’t look much more than a point a game side and not sure why they didn’t have Arriola, Feirerra and Musa playing together in her 2nd half but we certainly deserved the win. Nice night for a match too.

Very good game tonight. They look so much more organized than last year and it’s fun being at BMO again. Berna’s goal was something special.

I'm such a big fan of Spicer. He's exactly the kind of decent impact, low cap hit player you need to make the backbone of your squad in MLS,. exactly the kind of player Bez built our cup win around, and exactly the kind of player Bob Bradley would have already traded away for absolutely nothing

And who had by far the best DP on the field? Bernie looked his wage-bill. If he can keep this up when Insigne returns we might return to some of that early promise. At least in being really good to watch.

We've still yet to see this season Insigne, Berna and Richie for any period of time on the pitch at once.

Flores is a beast on the pitch. I love his intensity and bulldog like defending. To think we had Bradley playing his position for years. Great game, team playing well, Berna now playing like a DP, players seem happy and together. Credit to Herdman for turning this around so soon. Onwards and upwards. 3rd place looks good.

I only watched the first 20 minutes and the highlights afterwards... I was wrong. We are better than Dallas, and we showed it.
"There are some people who might have better technique than me, and some may be fitter than me, but the main thing is tactics. With most players, tactics are missing. You can divide tactics into insight, trust, and daring." - Johan Cruyff
